MINExpo 2016 was held in Las Vegas in September 2016. MINExpo is the world’s premier mining show and is held every 4 years. An estimated 40,000 people representing over 130 countries attended MINExpo 2016.
Mincon Group plc had its expanded mining industry product offering on display. With almost 50% of Mincon Group revenue coming for the mining sector MINExpo 2016 was the perfect opportunity for the group to showcase its offering and meet with our global customer base.
In addition to the Groups expanded Standard and Reverse Circulation DTH offering, the newest additions to our growing product range were showcased. These included.
– The new Mincon XP™ Range of Rotary Blast Hole Drill Bits: Extensive redesigns of the Mincon AP range of drill bits has resulted in outstanding performance results significantly increasing drill bit service life and reducing TDC in mining drilling operations. Three different sizes of bits were on display and received a lot of attention during the Expo.
– Mincon Group have added premium lines of DTH, RC and rotary drill rods along with related drill string components to its product offering. These were on display at the Expo and garnered a lot of attention.
