In June 2019, Tom Purcell and Ed Mounger of Mincon Inc hosted guests from Headwater Companies in Ireland, including a tour of the Shannon factory.
The trip to Ireland was an incentive for top-performing salespeople from Headwater Companies, who successfully reached ambitious sales targets during 2018 by selling more than 350 hammers and 1,400 drill bits. Mincon’s relationship with Headwater Companies dates back to 1998 when it started doing business with DSI, one of the distributors who is now part of the Headwater Companies group. Thanks to excellent customer service from Ed Mounger and his team, it is a relationship that flourishes to this day.
Following the Shannon factory tour, the guests from Headwater were treated to four days of visiting iconic Irish sights, including the Cliffs of Moher, Torc Waterfall, Muckross Gardens, Bunratty Castle, and Dromoland.
